Thom and April,

Being a new Elise owner I feel very well backed by the parts department. The car is great but it is your services that reinforced the choice I have made. Thank you for the way you guys helped me with the driving lights - April for the quick follow up on exchanging the broken one and Thom for crediting my credit card from an overpayment. This is a sign of professionalism and courtesy. I appreciate these things.

FVMC is the bomb diggitty can't say enough good things about them... did you guys know they were open last Sunday to allow owners to use their lifts and bays? The service guys were available for comment too.... ON THEIR OFF DAY... amazing! Tis only too bad I had other plans else I would've went to drool at the 7s and the assorted goodies they have in the showroom (*cough* Noble M400)...

The people at FVMC are great to work with. If you need any help with your Lotus give John Nichols a call. He has the knowledge to help with getting the parts you need and the prices are the best that I have found. John has beaten most prices at other sites, after making comparisons to several recommended businesses, and he's kept me informed of order status every time, plus he ships REALLY fast. We've been using him almost exclusively the past few months.

You'll also like the guy, he's really nice. Tell him Jim and Aleta told you to call.
